Not even a year since the terror attack on the offices of Charlie Ebdu in Paris, and the hostage taking in a Paris supermarket which had been deemed a similar event as the 9/11 attacks, and the recent terror attacks took place in the same city.

Following these attacks, a new wave of Islamophobia has risen in Europe, which is a confirmation stamp on those who portray Islam as having a violent facet. It's as if Muslims are summed up in extremist terror groups. It seems the west has forgotten that the relentless support of western governments through various periods have resulted in the formation of terror groups like Al-Qaeda and ISIS and today's calamities. This forgetfulness has benefited those who promote Islamophobia. It is here that Muslims have become an example of a double edged sword. In the Middle East they suffer from extremism and crimes of extremist groups that are supported by the west, and in the west too from a growing wave of Islamophobia this delusion in the moment to moment accounts gets closer to reality that for certain that security hands behind closed doors are involved in the formation of Islamic extremist groups to give Muslims a bad name and expand Islamophobia in the west and the world.
Interests that western governments have pursued in the Middle East throughout history, have always brought insecurity for the region, these interests demand that a region which has been the birthplace of human civilisation to be in permanent state of insecurity. In a way so that western governments continually have the excuse for their presence in the region. It is here that all extremist terror groups appear in the Middle East, and their first excuse is predominant religion in the region, which is Islam. There is a need for international support such as the support of western governments, to fight these terror groups who according to western governments are threatening human rights and humanitarian law in the region. Furthermore, the presence of the west in the Middle East requires the support of the people of the west; and the rallying of the people's support is not possible without creation of hatred towards the beliefs and ideologies of extremist groups. And this is where the creation of hatred towards the belief principles of terror groups spread in the west in the form of Islamophobia and the presence of western governments in the Middle East on the pretext of the war on terror, and in fact legitimises the main reason for competition to get more interests, and the world is sleeping.
Not to mention that in today's globalised world, there is no need for a full military invasion to spread insecurity, this can be done within the selected borders of countries and regions. Support insecurity in these countries to reach their goals and immune themselves from the consequences, while the huge wave of refugees pouring into Europe followed by the recent terror attacks clearly showed that insecurity does not recognise borders; and it is possible that after the rise and escalation of instabilities, the international borders get broken and the supporters of these insecurities turn into the victims. In carrying out of their doctrine in the creation of targeted insecurity in the Middle East, western governments made a mistake, a mistake at the cost of hundreds of thousands of refugees and their huge influx into Europe with the infiltration of terror groups elements into the heart of Europe, and the world is fast asleep.
Of course the Paris attacks didn't do too much damage to western politicians. Perhaps extremists right wing parties in Europe are pleased with the incident and are seeking benefits from its consequences for their policies. Far right parties have always been against conciliatory and understanding policies in security approaches, and particularly with the appearance of the refugee phenomenon in Europe, these parties are approaching it very strongly and did not see any urgency or need to take in this wave of refugees, and mostly adopted strict policies towards migrants and asylum seekers. The recent terror attacks have undoubtedly strengthened the position of the far right groups in Europe and their popularity has grown among the public. The public opinion, following the recent attacks has welcomed a new wave of Islamophobia, deems Muslims as a security and safety issue in Europe more than before, and will stand against it. Of course this issue will be a heavy cost for Europe. Quite possibly a new wave of isolation and marginalisation will ensue for Muslims in Europe, and subsequently anger among Muslims and the surfacing of this anger in various differen forms, which will result in similar conflicts in Europe in the future.
Therefore by adopting smart or revenge approaches in confronting the recent terror attacks, European governments can shape the internal and external safety future of Europe in various conflicting forms, and the hope is that smart approaches will be a priority for western politicians.
