The question that arises is so what if it is not settled on the same day? Just maybe a coupe are angry and by just having some cooling off time out divorce might be avoided. But when the court makes its decision, it is difficult to reverse it.”Regarding the role of lawyers and the guidance that they provide individuals in increasing mutually agreed divorces Roohafza reassured: “For example a lawyer says give me this amount of money and I’ll work in a way that your job is done in half a day, and this is one of the damages in this regard.”She added: “Unfortunately some lawyers receive extra cash and tell their clients which court and which judge to go to so that their case is processed speedily.”
