This book which has been written in the Legal General Office of the Legal Deputy, as well as the Criminal Justice Guidelines Act of 2013 and its addendums and amendments, the consultative opinions of the Legal General Office, the obsolete articles of the law, relevant articles of the law, and the unity decision of the Supreme Court are also included.

The announcement adds, some of the other benefits of this Law include: the adoption of the criminal segregation policy for the accused or crimes that have special characteristics such as the trial of children and juveniles, the armed forces, computer crimes and legal individuals, establishing the supervision of the Attorney General of the country on courts in provincial capitals and the prosecutors of provincial capitals, development of online trial proceedings, transparency in the control of telecom and internet communications in the implementation of article 25 of the Constitution, creation of a social working unit and strengthening the implementation of verdicts with legal privileges for correct supervision of correct application of verdicts particularly alternative to imprisonment punishments.

And to this aim the Legal Deputy has distributed 8000 copies to deputies and organizations, centres under the auspices and justice departments of all the country.
